Role
- Lead a team of Credit risk professionals and drive change
- Develop client and internal stakeholder engagement
- Support and develop the framework and methodologies in line with the development of the business
- Representation of Risk Management on the New Product steering committee
- Support the continuous improvement across the business
- Report directly to CRO
Individual
- Deep knowledge of Credit Risk and Portfolio Managment in Credit
- Track record of delivery within a line 1 or line 2 strategic Credit Function
- Demonstrable stakeholder management skills
